EXCHANGE & RETURN

If your product is damaged at the shipping or it is defective, you can send back the product within 5 days and you can get your money back. But the products shouldn't be used. Refund and Exchange is accepted only if the product is damaged or it is defective. If 5 days have gone by since you received the product unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you want to send the product back; You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. So you should pay your returning shipping cost to your shipping company.
